White-glove digital human design · Research-led relational AI

One character.
One purpose.
One unmistakable personality.

Vivience designs and deploys bespoke digital humans for media and entertainment, brand representation, personal assistance, learning, culture and institutional innovation. Every character is designed from form to mind for the specific project.

The Vivience Difference

Not another avatar.
A complete character system.

A convincing digital human is not assembled from interchangeable presets. Appearance, voice, personality, knowledge, memory, behaviour and purpose must reinforce one another.

No two Vivience digital humans share the same personality architecture. Each is authored for its audience, environment, responsibilities and relational boundaries.

01

Form

One-of-one character design, anthropomorphic facial morphology, wardrobe, surface detail and visual identity.

02

Mind

Custom voice, personality, persona scaffolding, communication style, values, boundaries and emotional orientation.

03

World

Knowledge banks, LLM orchestration, narrative objectives, actions, memory and deployment within the project environment.

White-Glove Character Creation

From project intent to a deployable digital human.

Vivience combines character art, cinematic production, interaction design and relational-AI research in one managed process.

01

Character Strategy

Audience, purpose, environment, role, behavioural boundaries and measures of success.

02

Visual Identity and Morphology

Custom MetaHuman or Character Creator design, facial structure, age, ethnicity, styling, wardrobe and performance requirements.

03

Voice and Performance

Voice direction, prosody, accent, timing, facial performance, body language and animation vocabulary.

04

Persona Scaffolding

Backstory, values, worldview, temperament, conversation style, relational orientation and guardrails.

05

06

Deployment and Evaluation

Unreal integration, experience design, browser or immersive deployment, testing, refinement and governance.

Where Digital Humans Create Value

Designed for the experience, not constrained to one industry.

Vivience adapts the character, intelligence, environment and interaction model to the project rather than forcing every client into the same product template.

Media and Entertainment

Interactive characters, fictional personalities, story worlds, live productions, games, virtual production and immersive entertainment.

Brand Ambassadors

Distinctive brand representatives for websites, launches, events, showrooms, campaigns, customer engagement and experiential marketing.

Personal Assistants

Purpose-built assistants, knowledge concierges, executive companions and specialist guides with controlled identity, memory and access.

Learning and Training

Roleplay, coaching, simulation, guided practice, assessment, tutoring and scenario-based professional development.

Culture and Public Engagement

Museum interpreters, historical or fictional figures, public-information guides, exhibitions and accessible knowledge experiences.

Research and Institutional Innovation

Experimental prototypes, funded research pilots, human-AI studies and responsible deployment programmes.

Character Craft

From recognisable human presence to stylised original character.

Custom MetaHumans

High-fidelity Unreal Engine characters shaped for cinematic, interactive and real-time applications. We customise identity, facial morphology, grooming, wardrobe, materials and performance behaviour.

Character Creator Characters

Flexible Reallusion Character Creator pipelines for realistic or stylised characters, custom proportions, wardrobe systems, facial profiles and production-ready animation workflows.

CUSTOM MORPHOLOGY · VOICE · PERSONA SCAFFOLDING · KNOWLEDGE · MEMORY · RELATIONAL DESIGN

Prototype 02

No two personalities are the same.

Annelore’s voice, temperament, backstory, knowledge, boundaries and relational behaviour were authored for her specific research purpose.

Original Research Framework

Affective-Emotive Resonance

A structured framework for identifying, evaluating and responsibly designing sustained relational behaviour in embodied AI.

01

Persistence

Sustaining affective tone and recalling emotional context across sessions.

02

Belonging

Affirming shared relational space, mutuality and coherent social connection.

03

Continuity

Building an emotional narrative linking earlier, present and prospective interactions.

04

Layered Emotional Care

Demonstrating nuanced, proactive care beyond reactive sympathy while remaining transparently artificial.

Technology Ecosystem

Vivience-authored. Partner-enabled.

Vivience remains responsible for the character strategy, visual identity, voice direction, persona architecture, knowledge design, relational behaviour, experience integration and client outcome. We select specialist platforms for the infrastructure each project requires.

01

The Vivience Experience

Character identity, morphology, voice, personality, knowledge, behaviour, environment and audience experience.

02

Vivience Relational Architecture

Persona scaffolding, Affective-Emotive Resonance, memory design, narrative logic, guardrails and evaluation.

03

Production and Integration

MetaHuman, Character Creator, Unreal Engine, animation, performance, APIs, immersive deployment and pixel streaming.

04

Technology Infrastructure

Convai services, selected LLMs, speech systems, cloud services and project-specific enterprise infrastructure.

Selected Conversational and Embodied-AI Infrastructure

Convai within the Vivience system

Convai services support selected conversational, knowledge, memory, narrative and embodied-interaction capabilities. Vivience authors and directs the complete character system around that infrastructure and remains accountable for the client experience.

Principle

Infrastructure may evolve. Character identity must remain coherent.

Project architecture is documented to preserve knowledge, persona specifications, creative assets, integration decisions and an orderly vendor-exit path where contractual and technical conditions permit.

Technology attribution: Convai is a third-party technology platform used within selected Vivience deployments. The presence of Convai or another supplier does not transfer responsibility for Vivience’s character authorship, relational architecture, implementation or governance. Any required “Powered by Convai” attribution is applied in accordance with the relevant licence or enterprise agreement.

Trust by Design

Transparent AI. Defensible data practice. European deployment choices.

Compliance is assessed across the complete Vivience deployment, not inherited from a single supplier. Each project is scoped according to its audience, data, jurisdiction, infrastructure and risk profile.

01

AI Transparency

Public-facing characters clearly identify themselves as artificial digital humans. Article 50 disclosure, persistent labelling and synthetic-media notice are designed into applicable experiences.

02

Privacy by Design

Controller and processor roles, data minimisation, lawful purpose, retention, user rights, data-processing terms and cross-border transfers are assessed for each deployment.

03

Security Governance

Access control, encryption, supplier due diligence, incident response, retention and deletion requirements are defined according to the project and enterprise agreement.

04

European Data Sovereignty

Architecture prioritises documented data location, subprocessor visibility, portability, customer control and reduced dependency where project requirements and provider options permit.

How We Work

A clear path from opportunity to deployment.

01

Discovery

Define the audience, business or research objective, environment, constraints and success criteria.

02

Character Blueprint

Develop the visual brief, character bible, persona architecture, voice direction and knowledge plan.

03

Prototype

Create the character, implement the interaction stack and demonstrate the core experience.

04

Pilot

Test with the intended audience, evaluate behaviour, refine content, interactions and safeguards.

05

Deployment

Prepare the experience for the agreed platform, operations, governance, maintenance and future development.

Responsible Relational AI

Human-like presence requires transparent boundaries.

Every deployment is designed around the audience, setting and potential relational risks, not only technical capability.

01

Transparent AI Identity

The character clearly identifies itself as an artificial digital human.

02

Persona Boundaries

The personality, role, capabilities and prohibited behaviours are defined for the project.

03

Knowledge Governance

Information sources, updates, access and limitations are documented and controlled.

04

Human Escalation

Sensitive or high-risk interactions retain appropriate routes to human support.
